What We Do
Capacity Building
Success of any developmental program depends on the involvement and active participation of the stakeholders and target communities to which those programs are proposed. The active participation comes from the community only when they are aware of such programs and have necessary knowledge and skill sets about those initiatives. Thus, training and capacity building activities become integral part of all initiatives and projects of NESAFE. Our Capacity Building practices serves to bring human transformation and to ensure overall development across rural North East through demand-driven learning and training model. The prime objective is not only to increases the ability of farming community to innovate and adopt new technologies in agriculture but also to ensure continuous improvement in economic, environmental and social performance of the rural community.
